A merchant sent me funds, but they are not showing in my account balance. What do I do?

When a merchant or other member sends funds to you they appear instantly. If you do not receive the funds instantly, then that individual or company has not sent them yet. Please contact the sender and ask when the withdraw will be completed. The sender may have also sent the funds to a wrong username [confirm if this is the case or not].

You will always get an email from SolidTrust Pay when someone sends you funds--no email means no money sent.
