How do I file a complaint against another member or merchant?

If you feel that another member has treated you unethically, has attempted fraudulent actions, or owes you funds, you may file an official complaint with our Investigations Department by contacting Customer Support via the button below. SolidTrust Pay will contact the member on your behalf.

If you accuse someone wrongly, or do not provide evidence to back up your accusations, or are simply trying to get a refund because you changed your mind, or cannot accept the terms of a website you are interacting with, SolidTrust Pay may dismiss your complaint without a response.
