How do I create a Support Centre account?

Creating a Support Centre account is quick and easy.

To register:
1. Go to https://support.solidtrustpay.com. Select the Login option on the right-hand side.


2. Select the Don't have an account? Register button below the Login button. Login with Facebook will be available at a later time; please ignore this option for now.


3. Enter your username [a valid email address] and your birth name as it would appear on your SolidTrust Pay account. Click the Register button once completed.


4. Check your email [will appear as sent from 'LiveAgent'] that you registered with to set up your password and to activate your Support Centre account. Once completed, you have officially registered for the Support Centre! Congratulations and welcome!
