How do I submit my documents for verification?

You can upload your documents to your SolidTrust Pay account.

To upload documents:
1. Login to your SolidTrust Pay account
2. Go to My Account > Upload Docs



Helpful Advice

Your file cannot be larger than 1.5MB in size.
- Make sure the file type is PDF or JPEG.
- The file name cannot contain symbols [[email protected]#$%^&*, etc.].
- Please allow 1-2 business days [excludes weekends and holidays] for your documents to be reviewed once submitted. Please do not contact Customer Support to speed up this process. Documents are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.
- We are unable to accept documents via Customer Support [ticket, live chat] attachments.
- If you cannot upload your documents, please contact Customer Support via the button below. Please provide the exact error message you are receiving.
