How do I submit my documents for verification?

You can upload your documents to your SolidTrust Pay account. To do so, login and go to My Account > Upload Documents.


Helpful Advice

-
Your file cannot be no larger than 1.5mb in size.

- Make sure the file type is PDF or JPEG.

- The file name cannot contain symbols [[email protected]#$%^&*, etc.].

- Please allow 1-2 business days [excludes weekends and holidays] for your documents to be reviewed once submitted.

- Please do not contact Customer Support to speed up this process. Documents are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.

- We are unable to accept documents via Customer Support [ticket, live chat] attachments.

- If you cannot upload your documents, please contact Customer Support by clicking the button below.
