How can I change the phone number/address on my account?

Phone number changes:

To change the phone number on your SolidTrust Pay account, you will need to submit a phone bill that shows:
- Your name
- A date [from within the past 6 months]
- The phone number you wish to change to



Address changes:

To change the address on your SolidTrust Pay account, you will need to submit an address document that shows:
- Your name
- A date [from within the past 6 months]
- The address you wish to change to

An address document can be:
- A utility bill
- A medical bill
- An insurance bill
- A bank statement
- A credit/debit card statement
- A phone bill
- Junk mail

The document needs to be mailed to your physical address. If you have a PO Box and the document shows the service address, this is also acceptable. The address document must show the information listed above.


ATTENTION: If you are moving or have moved to a new country, you will need to submit one of the following to prove you are legally in your new country:
- A work/student visa
- A permanent resident card

- You can upload your document[s] by going to My Account > Upload Docs. In the Comments field, please request to have your phone number/address changed. For more document submission information, click here.

- If you anticipate having to change your address/phone number frequently, please consider purchasing a TrustCard. The TrustCard will not only allow you to update the information on your account, but it also enhances the security of your account.
