How can I change the phone number and/or address on my SolidTrust Pay account?

Phone number changes:

To change the phone number on your SolidTrust Pay account, you will need to submit a phone bill that shows:

- Your name
- The date [from within the past 6 months]
- The phone number you wish to change to on your profile



Address changes:

To change the address on your SolidTrust Pay account, you will need to submit an address document that shows:

- Your name
- The date [from within the past 6 months]
- The address you wish to change to on your profile

An address document can be:

- A utility bill
- A medical bill
- Insurance bill
- Bank statement
- Phone bill
- Junk mail

The document needs to be mailed to your physical address. If you have a PO box and the document shows the service address, this is also acceptable. The address document also must show the information listed above.


ATTENTION: If you are moving or have moved to a new country, you will need to submit one of the following to prove you are legally in your new country:

- A work/student visa
- A permanent resident card
