I sent funds to a merchant, but the funds have not appeared in my account. What do I do?

If your payment has not registered properly in your account with a merchant, please contact them and provide:
- The transaction identification number
- Your username
- The date your funds were sent


Your transaction details can be found in the email confirmation you would have received [check your junk/spam folder] from SolidTrust Pay. Transaction details can also be found by going to My Account > Transactions History.
