What is a dormant/abandoned account? Where is my money?

If no attempts are made to log into an account after 9 consecutive months, the account will be considered dormant. A fee of 5% of the total account balance [applied retroactively] will be debited from the account each month [$15 minimum]. After 18 months of inactivity, the account will be considered abandoned and the full remaining balance will be debited. No fees apply to an account with a $0 balance.

As per SolidTrust Pay's User Agreement [found here; see 8.7], it is your responsibility to keep your account active. SolidTrust Pay will not notify you of impending account activity thresholds.
