What is a secondary password? Why is it required?

A secondary password is a security feature and is required when doing transactions. It cannot be reset or retrieved via email. This is to prevent an unauthorized person from resetting both the primary and secondary passwords on your account.

You can reset the password by going to Security > Secondary Password. The secondary password must contain:
- An uppercase letter
- A lowercase letter
- A number
- A symbol
- Be at least 6 characters long
