I am being told my username/password is wrong. What do I do?

Your username and password is the first line of security to ensure it is you that is trying to access your account.

If you are having difficulty logging in:
- Click Need login help or forgot your password? Click HERE located on the sign in page to have a password link sent to you via email [check your junk/spam folders]. If your email address has changed, please contact Customer Support via the button below.
- Clear your cache, cookies, browsing history and Autofill. Proceed to restart your computer before making your next login attempt.
- If you are using Firefox and your log in attempt isn't working, consider using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
- Make sure you are logging in at https://www.solidtrustpay.com/login.
- Sign in with your username, not your email.


Helpful Advice

- Usernames and passwords are cAsE sEnSiTiVe. Make sure you are entering the username and password information exactly as you registered it.
- Every time before making a log in attempt, clear your cache, cookies and browsing history. You should also disable your Autofill.
- If and when you log into your account successfully, you can change your passwords and security questions under the Security heading.
