I am being told my username/password is wrong. How can I fix this?

Your username and password is the first line of security to ensure it is you that is trying to access your funds. If you are having difficulty logging in, you need to:

- Click Need login help or forgotten password? Click HERE located on the sign in page to have a password link sent to you via email [check your junk/spam folders]. If your email address has changed, please contact Customer Support via the button below.
- Clear your cache, cookies, browsing history and auto fill, then restart your computer before making your next login attempt.
- Ensure you are using Mozilla Firefox for the best navigation experience. Other internet browsers tend to not load our website properly. If you are using Firefox, and your log in attempt isn't working, consider using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
- Make sure you are logging in at https://www.solidtrustpay.com/login
- Ensure that you are signing in with your username and not your email.
