How do I get a refund after purchasing a service, product and/or program?

If you have not received the product you purchased from a verified SolidTrust Pay merchant, please contact the merchant to resolve the issue. If you are unable to contact the merchant, contact SolidTrust Pay via Customer Support. SolidTrust Pay will contact the merchant on your behalf, and we will do our best to ensure that you [the customer] and the merchant [the seller] are treated fairly when resolving the issue.
