How do I review my ticket history?

To review your ticket history:
1. After you have logged into your Support Centre account, click My tickets.


2. Your ticket history will then appear.


Arrow Key:

- Yellow arrow: This is where you can click and expand on the ticket preview. You may reply to your ticket by clicking on the subject line.
- Green arrow: This is your ticket status.
- Purple arrow: This is the time the ticket was last replied to.
- Blue arrow: This is your ticket ID. Customer Support Agents may reference these IDs when corresponding with you if you have multiple tickets.
- Red arrow: This is your ticket filter. You can preview all of your open and closed tickets.
