What is a 2FA Password? And how do I create one?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an 2-Step Password system, that greatly increases the security of your withdrawals.

To create a 2FA Password:
Log into your STPay account. Go to:
Security Zone -> Two-Factor Auth Settings

Read through the instructions carefully. It is important to make sure that your phone number is correct and includes your country code. If it is not, please contact customer support.
After verifying your phone number, please download one of these 2FA apps on your smart phone:
-For Android, iOS, and Blackberry: Google Authenticator
-For Android and iOS: Duo Mobile
-For Windows Phone: Authenticator

After you have downloaded the app, Click "Start Two-Factor Authentication Setup", and then "Send SMS confirmation code." You will receive an SMS message with a Two-Factor Authentication setup code. Enter this code in the SMS confirmation code box and click "Enable Two-Factor Auth".
Once you have entered your SMS confirmation code, open the app you have downloaded and scan the QR code
After your have scanned the QR code, your Two-Factor Authentication is enabled!

The authenticator code will come up on your app and this will be the code that you use when needed. For security reasons, the code will update every 30 seconds. Please ensure that you use the most recent code.

If you do not have a Smartphone, you may also set up 2FA through your desktop/laptop computer

(this process still requires a phone that has the ability to receive SMS/text messages.)

Here's how:
