Why has my card been blocked?

If you are unable to use your debit/credit card, there are a number of reasons why this may have happened:

- An incorrect micro amount was entered during the Micro Verification Process [MVP].
- You added your card as a payroll/international card, and not as a credit/debit card [vice versa].
- The name on the added card does not match the name that is on your account [we do not accept third party cards, i.e., cards must be in the SolidTrust Pay account holder's name].
- You have been doing charge backs or other activities which are not permitted.
